Be a part of a community of experts committed to ensuring quality, affordable healthcare worldwide.In this role, you will be part of the team responsible for administering, streamlining, and optimizing all processes related to sales incentives across the EMEA region. This role will be working in a flex model in Bogotá, Colombia.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Process quarterly and annual sales incentives calculations and payouts – including validation of performance data, governance on manual adjustments and manual components, exception case management and system maintenanceSales incentive forecasting, accruals, balance sheet reconciliation and expense reportingProvide analytics on SIP design effectiveness, including conducting statistical analysis on sales data and information to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectives  System improvements / building new capabilitiesClosely liaise with other value streams, including region/business finance, sales enablement and excellence, IT, business intelligence and HRLead and test business requirements gathering for new enhancements for sales compensation systemDefine process improvement and best practice opportunities to current business / work processes. Document and maintain procedures and business process workflow as related to sales compensation processingEnsures appropriate audits are in place to guarantee accurate results for sales incentives calculation processesPartner with HR and the business to have sales incentive plan design that can be smoothly operationalizedPerform the sales incentive plan assignment in the SIP systemRequired Knowledge and Experience:Bachelor’s degree with more than five years, or advanced degree with more than three years, of experience in finance or similarStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailStrategic, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to address complex or ambiguous issuesAbility to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and exercise sound judgment, including knowing when to escalate issuesExperience with process improvement and managing large datasetsAdvanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and AccessFluent in EnglishPower BI experience is advantageous Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.   Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits PackageA commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
