This full-time, day shift leadership opportunity is ideal for an experienced respiratory professional who is passionate about sleep therapy, patient education, and driving high-quality respiratory care outcomes.This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations of CPAP/BiPAP services, ensuring clinical excellence, improving patient compliance, and leading a team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.Manager Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations of CPAP and BiPAP servicesSupervise and support respiratory therapy staffEnsure efficient workflows, staffing, and patient schedulingMonitor and improve departmental performance and patient outcomesSupport complex patient cases and provide clinical guidance to staffEnsure effective follow-up processes, including calls and in-office visitsPromote best practices in respiratory and sleep therapy careLead quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory complianceExperience Requirements Minimum of 3 years of respiratory therapy experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferredStrong knowledge of Home CPAP/BiPAP therapyDemonstrated leadership, team development, and problem-solving skillsEducation & Credential Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy, Healthcare Administration, or related field requiredMaster’s degree preferredCurrent state licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) requiredIf you are interested in this full-time, day shift opportunity, please apply now or contact amanda.cervantes@bmcjax.com.Primary Location:Metro Square
