Motorola Solutions is one of the world's largest producers of in-car video systems, body-worn cameras, license plate reading technology and fixed surveillance video and access control.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Ability to develop and execute on winning strategy within an assigned territorySchedule and lead customer meetingsUncovering additional sales opportunities within existing accounts for all offeringsIdentifying and overcoming roadblocks and/or obstacles while keeping a positive attitudeAbility to resolve product or service related issues by clarifying the customer's grievance and channeling those issues to the appropriate support teamRegular client follow-ups to ensure “Total Customer Satisfaction”Promote extended warranty and maintenance programs to existing, eligible customersEnsuring client awareness regarding the usefulness and proper operation of the products and services that were purchasedWork with existing Solution Sellers focusing on other parts of the portfolio in the regionAbility to present products and demonstrate their usesBuild a long term funnel to include engaging in competitive accountsCoordinate and/or participate in state user group meetings and technology workshopsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of sales, public safety experienceOR 8+ years of sales, public safety experienceOutside sales experience selling solutions into government organizations desiredStrong relationship development and management skillsAbility to be a strong self-starter and hunt to identify/create sales opportunitiesAbility to establish oneself as a trusted advisorLocation/Travel: Seeking candidates who reside within assigned region (CA, WA, OR)Ability to travel over 50% of the time within assigned territory (CA, WA, OR)Target Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 USDOn Target Earnings: $144,000 - $162,000 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
