DepartmentEnrollment Services CommunicationsCompensation$19.16 Hourly General Description / Primary PurposeThe Marketing and Communications Specialist is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of Enrollment Services marketing and communications efforts. The Specialist will work closely with the Enrollment Services Communication team to ensure campaigns and content are measured consistently and that findings are communicated clearly to inform decision-making. This position also plays a key role in building long-term internal marketing capacity, supporting the organization's goal of developing in-house expertise and reducing reliance on external vendors and marketing firms.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and report on marketing performance metrics across digital channels on a regular cadence, including weekly, monthly, and campaign-specific reportsTrack social media performance across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, ZeeMee), including reach, impressions, engagement rate, and follower growthPull, compile, and analyze email marketing data including open rates, click-through rates, unsubscribe rates, and list growthMonitor website traffic and user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics, including sessions, page views, bounce rate, and conversion trackingSupport the segmentation of audience populations within the CRM to enable targeted, personalized communications across email and other channels; assist in maintaining clean, organized contact data to ensure segmentation accuracy and campaign effectivenessMaintain organized dashboards and reporting templates to ensure consistent data collection over timeHelp identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in performance data and present findings to the marketing and leadership teams in a clear, accessible formatAssist in developing benchmarks and goals for key metrics in alignment with organizational marketing objectivesSupport A/B testing efforts by tracking results and summarizing outcomesCollaborate with team members to connect reporting insights to content, campaign, and communications planningAssist in the development and gradual expansion of in-house marketing and communications capabilities; support the transition of relevant functions in-house by building internal processes, documentation, and skills over timeAssist with other marketing and communications tasks as neededCompetenciesAnalytical thinking with a strong eye for detailClear and concise written and verbal communicationSelf-motivated with strong organizational and time management skillsCollaborative and eager to learn in a team environment Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or a high school diploma and 4+ years of relevant experience. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219.QualificationsRequired:Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data and numbersAbility to organize and present information clearly for non-technical audiencesPreferred:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelFamiliarity with Google Analytics or similar web analytics platformsExperience with social media analytics tools (native platform insights or third-party tools such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite)Exposure to email marketing platformsBasic understanding of marketing KPIs and digital campaign performance Statement(s) of UnderstandingThis position requires a background check.
