Job Description:This position will be responsible for performing electrical tests for IE&A products and must have the ability to work and communicate within a team environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Perform high voltage and final tests for all productsSet-up and complete extended end of line testAssemble products as neededMust comply to all IE&A/Miller safety proceduresCandidate will be required to move/cross train in any of the IE&A Buildings per customer demands (tester utilization)Candidate will be required to have valuable input within the Miller Employee Involvement processMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Functional Tester: Must have completed the FVTC Functional Tester CourseCertificate Tester: Electronics Fundamentals Certificate from FVTCDegreed Tester: Associate’s in Electronics, Electro-mechanical Technology, or any other related degreeMust be able to operate electrical test equipmentMust be able to stand/work 12 hoursMust be able to lift up to 50lbs.Must be willing to work overtime per customer demandsMust have good communication skillsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Frequently lift, push, or pull 10-25lbs and occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull 25-45lbsFrequently required to use both hands to assemble, wire, carry bins, tools and componentsConstant standing and hand manipulationOccasionally reaching, walking, and neck flectionBe able to stand for up to 12 hours per dayITW is an equal opportunity employer.
