Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our centralized professional and operational teams. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys providing exceptional employee support, coordinating HR processes, and ensuring a positive employee experience.As a key member of the HR team, you will assist with a variety of HR activities, including onboarding, employee records management, HR program administration and support for talent acquisition activities. You will work closely with leaders, employees, and the broader HR team to ensure HR operations run smoothly while contributing to engagement and organizational success across multiple teams.This position offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong HR foundation, gain exposure to multiple areas of human resources, and grow within a collaborative and professional environment.What You Will DoProvide support for employee HR inquiries, helping ensure questions are addressed accurately and efficiently.Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation activities to ensure positive employee experience.Support talent acquisition and recruiting activities throughout the hiring process.Maintain employee records and HR systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.Support key HR programs and processes, including performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and training administration.Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation to support business and HR needs.Assist with employee relations matters and ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and HR procedures.Partner with the HR team on special projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and day-to-day HR operations.What Success Looks LikeEmployees receive responsive, professional, and accurate HR supportOnboarding, recruiting coordination, and HR administrative processes are executed efficiently and consistentlyEmployee records and HR systems are maintained accurately and in compliance with company standardsHR programs and initiatives are delivered effectively, enhancing the employee experienceStrong working relationships are established with leaders, employees, and HR team membersHR reporting and documentation are completed accurately and on timeConfidential information is handled appropriately and with discretionContributions help improve HR processes, service delivery, and overall organizational effectivenessWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred1–3 years of HR, recruiting, administrative, or related experience preferredStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionallyProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systemsStrong customer service mindset and a collaborative approach to problem-solvingKnowledge of HR principles, employment practices, and labor laws is a plusHR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or working toward certification) preferredApply NowIf you're an organized and service-oriented HR professional who enjoys supporting employees, coordinating HR programs, and contributing to a positive workplace culture, we encourage you to apply.ITW is an equal opportunity employer.
