You will serve as the transactional main point of contact with their respective customers and will be responsible the day-to-day activities of customer communication regarding the placement of purchase orders, general inquiries, and meeting customer expectations. You will also provide a key role by representing the needs of the customer within the business and the company’s policies to the customer.
