Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to be the Lower Tier Air & Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS) International Program Manager. As the International Program Manager, you will lead the programmatic aspects of future international capture efforts and manage execution of contracted scope, which includes working directly with USG and international customers as well as Raytheon customer-facing country teams to represent the LTAMDS program area.You will report directly to the LTAMDs International Lead. You will work closely with the Program Managers and fellow team members within the LTAMDS Production area as well as the LTAMDS Cross Functional and Integrated Product Teams to successfully execute/support the growth and strategy initiatives across the portfolio.What You Will DoLead proposal efforts for international LTAMDS programs including ROMs and firm proposals for both FMS and DCS opportunitiesManage existing / newly awarded international scope that is country unique including development, production and sustainment activitiesProvide support to the LTAMDs International Director for strategic initiatives to achieve the LADS Annual Operating and Long-Range plansDevelop program-enhancing partnerships with internal Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Cross Product Teams (CPTs) and functional organizations (organized in an Agile team framework) including but not limited to Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, and administrative functionsEstablish and build strong customer and partner relationshipsActs as empowered authority to accomplish LTAMDS International Program Area objectivesExpected to support domestic and international travel as neededQualifications You Must Have  Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experienceExperience in one or more of the following: program management, engineering, and/or productionExperience with multi-program management spanning full life-cycle support Leadership experience with proposals and/or capture activitiesExperience preparing estimates or other contract deliverable itemsQualifications We Prefer Program Management Certification Level 4 or higher (or external equivalency)Demonstrated success in strategic planning and ability to analyze and evaluate data necessary for critical decision makingAbility to manage, track, and report metrics and progress through EAC reviews, Program Reviews, and finance reviews or equivalent process reviewsExperience leading and/or supporting large complex proposal activities with working knowledge of US requirements and acquisition processesUnderstanding of various contract types including domestic, FMS, DCS, Cost-Plus, FFP & FPIF, and how to execute within a mixed ProgramWhat We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
