And you can too, so bring your energy to ours!As a Commissioning Project Manager, you will coordinate and carry out commissioning and startup for compressor stations, plants, and other pipeline facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a commissioning team through the commissioning process. You will use your organization, collaboration and communication skills to lead a variety of projects!Your work will challenge you, and with our Core Values to guide you, you’ll quickly learn and grow with us.Responsibilities/Expectations:Assists and works closely with the team by providing on-site leadership to Operations, contractors, engineering, and support staff throughout the commissioning effortsDirects the implementation of the Asset Commissioning Process (01 91 11 C1 and C2) with team members and coordinates commissioning activitiesWorks with the project team and leader to schedule pre-commissioning meetings, staff commissioning teams, and help mobilize teams to siteConfirms that the staffing requirements within the commissioning process (ACP) are adequate to meet the proposed in-service dateContinuously monitors the commissioning process against the site plan in order to make any resource adjustments as necessaryAssists with development and execution of FAT testing, software testing, commissioning work plans (ACP), gas handling plans, and vendor checklistsAssists with the scheduling and coordination of all vendor representatives required for commissioning effortCoordinates work with Operations and other functional groups within the company to schedule all activities, outages and approvals necessary for the team to perform commissioning tasksCommunicates status of all commissioning activities to Project Leaders and other partnersOther duties as assignedEducation/Years of Experience:Required: High school diploma or GED and a minimum of fifteen (15) years related experience in operations, construction, or commissioning for oil/gas pipelines, meter stations, plants, or facilitiesPreferred: Bachelor's degree in engineering or vocational school completion in a technical field and a minimum of twenty (20) years related experience in operations, construction, or commissioning for oil/gas pipelines, meter stations, plants, or facilitiesOther Requirements:Demonstrates outstanding organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priorityProficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other scheduling/supporting software programsExperience with constructing and commissioning new oil/gas assetsExcellent teamwork, communications skills and shared ownership practicesOutstanding skills in reading of engineering prints and other technical schematicsPreferred: Prior leadership experiencePreferred: Familiarity with natural gas midstream assetsPreferred: Experience with multiple prime driver and compression equipment packages, end device calibrations, skidded and non-skidded ancillary systems and electrical/controlsShift/Work Hours/Travel Requirements:Ability to travel up to 75%#LI-GC1#LI-AK1Hourly/Salary Guidelines:(Minimum, Midpoint, Maximum)$133,600 - $183,500 - $233,600We invest in our people in ways that actually show up in your day-to-day, not just on paper.
