We are currently seeking a EOSH managerWhat You'll Do for Us:Environmental, Occupational Safety and Health (EOSH) Strategies - Support QSE Manger to set plant EOSH goals and strategies to align with CPS global for continual improve environment and safety performance.- Develop Water and Energy Vision & Master Plan.- Ensure effective source vulnerability assessments and implementation of a plan for source water protection.Safety & Sustainability Initiatives - Establish plant Safety & Sustainability initiatives following EOSH Strategies in key areas below:1) Occupational Safety and Health including Risk management, Fatality Prevention, 2) Ergonomics program and Contractor Management3) BBS (Behavior Based Safety) program4) Safety Maturity5) Machine safety program6) Water and Energy Efficiency management7) Clean Energy & Carbon emission8) Wastewater Management9) Waste management10) Water Management11) KORE requiremento Contribute back to local communities by meeting permit requirements from local community, where required, aligning with BU Planet initiatives.Measurement, Analysis and Reporting 1) Ensure development and on-going monitoring of EOSH metrics along with key programs and plans to achieve those targets.2) Analysis on EOSH metrics and perform corrective & preventive actions if required.3) Report EOSH metrics and data as per requirements of CPS Global and The Company reporting system such as Tier 1 dashboard, KOSMOSStandards and Compliances 1) To be the key leader in developing, implementing and maintaining EOSH-Legal compliance, KORE, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, AWS(Alliance for Water Stewardship) and other related international standards. 2) Provide support and direction to other plant functions and coordinate with auditors during on-site compliance audits.3) Responsible for effective resolution of plant Environmental, Occupational Safety & Health issue with strong collaboration with plant associates and CPS -QSE.4) Organize and conduct training programs, campaigns and provide updates to all plant associates, contractors and visitors to ensure full compliances and improve their awareness and knowledge on EOSH.5) Ensure all EOSH operational (patrol, wastewater operation and all safety equipment are inspected and in a good condition) are conducted consistentlyLegal Licenses 1) Manage plant legal licenses and permits related with EOSH and ensure these are up to date.2) Liaise with local authority in factory inspection, accident investigation, new EOSH requirements and other compliances related matters.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, Environment or related field.Experience with 5 to 8+ years in manufacturing or industrial safety rolesSafety certifications : 산업안전기사 or related certificationsKnowledge of ISO Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, ISO 45001)Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English (oral and written).Microsoft software tools proficiency (Excel, MS Word, MS Project and Power PointWhat We Can Do For You:Purpose Driven: Purpose driven approach that empowers our people to protect the environment and communities we serve while delivering safe & quality products.Global Connections: Allows you to develop, enhance and maintain global connections that allow us to move faster and learn from others.Community of Belonging: We’re an organization that believes our ability to continually grow and build the right atmosphere where people feel safe and empowered, lets you bring your best self to work.Skills:Accident Investigation, Behavioral Based Safety, Clean Energy, Collaboration, Communication, Compliance, Energy Efficiency Management, ESG Literacy, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO Management System, Machine Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, Plant Safety, Regulations, Regulatory Experience, Safety Equipment, Water Management, Water StewardshipLocation(s):Korea, Republic ofCity/Cities:UiwangTravel Required:00% - 25%Relocation Provided:NoJob Posting End Date:August 30, 2026Our Purpose and Growth Culture:We are taking deliberate action to nurture an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference.
