Solves problems by considering courses of action within the framework of business goals and standards. Operates with minimal supervision and once given general assignments, prioritizes and executes tasks. Provides and communicates recommendations to upper management. Mentors and guides Logistics Analysts in daily work tasks. Must be a self starter, detail oriented, able to support and lead multiple projects, possess excellent communication skills, work well with a team, interact with multiple levels and functions with the Logistics organization, and able to manage vendor/business relationships. The Senior Logistics Analyst – Infrastructure Systems is a critical individual contributor role supporting the expansion and acceleration of the Self‑Perform Maintenance (SPM) initiative across Supply Chain facilities. This role serves as a dedicated systems and program resource within the Infrastructure Systems and Supply Chain Infrastructure teams, with a strong focus on Maximo system development, deployment, and run‑the‑business (RTB) support. As program demand and facility coverage continue to grow, this role will enable faster delivery of new system capabilities, improved field execution, and more robust troubleshooting and reporting—relieving capacity constraints on existing resources and unlocking further program scalability. Lead design, configuration, and enhancement of Maximo to support expansion of the Self‑Perform Maintenance initiative. Develop and deploy new functionality across areas such as: Material Handling Equipment (MHE) repairs, Parts and Inventory Management, Yard truck Asset Management, Asset Lifecycle Planning and Maintenance strategies and partner with internal stakeholders to translate evolving end‑user needs into scalable system solutionsKey Responsibilities:25% Utilizes quantitative skills to create and analyze reports to support business execution. Supports the business through ad-hoc queries, and maintains reports from a variety of resources as specific to department or organizational needs25% Develops business tools and solutions based on knowledge, product or technology. Identifies Logistics process improvement opportunities through strategic thinking, critical thinking and analysis20% Provides recommendations to senior management. Mentors and guides Logistics Analysts20% Performs data management through data mining/data modeling/data analysis/cost/benefit analysis/process mapping/%/or problem analysis while executing day to day processes related to area of responsibility. Develops & maintains cost estimates, forecasts, and cost models. Supports business through ad-hoc queries & maintains reports10% Manages vendor/business partner relationshipsDirect Manager/Direct Reports:This position reports to Manager of Sr ManagerThis position has no Direct ReportsTravel Requirements:Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.Physical Requirements:Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.Working Conditions:Located in a comfortable indoor area.
