Who we are looking forWe are seeking an experienced Head of Compliance (PCF12) to lead Compliance for State Street Custodial Services (Ireland) Limited (SSCSIL). This is a senior leadership role within the Compliance Department, acting as a key member of the second line of defence and accountable for overseeing core compliance risks across the entity.The role is a Pre‑Approval Controlled Function (PCF‑12) under the Central Bank of Ireland Fitness & Probity Regime and falls within scope of the Individual Accountability Framework. You will engage closely with senior management, the Board, regulators, and regional/global Compliance partners to ensure strong regulatory outcomes.This role operates in a hybrid model in Dublin, Kilkenny, or Naas.Why this role is important to usThe Compliance function plays a critical role in protecting the firm, our clients, and the wider financial system. As Head of Compliance for SSCSIL, you will help shape and sustain a strong culture of compliance, provide trusted challenge to the business, and ensure effective governance, risk oversight, and regulatory engagement.
