Experienced Modification TechniciansCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services is seeking Experienced Modification Technicians to support the 787 Commercial Modifications team in Victorville, California! This position will provide critical production support to the Delivery Center including improving production efficiency, safety and optimizing product quality. Qualified candidates will perform rework, modification, maintenance, preflight and post-flight checks for delivery.Position Responsibilities:Performs flight test installations and aircraft functional testingAssists in troubleshooting pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical and avionics systems to isolate mechanical and/or electrical/electronic faults and assists in repairing faulty componentsAssists with pre-flight and post-flight checks and performs maintenance and modification actionsResolves identified problems during operation and testing of deliverable productsVerifies the accuracy of work performed and may conduct self-inspectionAssists in performing system & sub-system pre-delivery inspections and aircraft maintenance in preparation for deliveryParticipates in determining details of assignments to accomplish a wide range of objectivesPlans, schedules and arranges own activities with the assistance of lead.
