Supply Chain Management AnalysisCompany:The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Commercial Airlines (BCA) Supply Chain team is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 3 or 4) to join our 787 Supply Chain Team in North Charleston, South Carolina on 1st Shift.The Supply Chain Management Analyst will incorporate change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions as well as apply Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chain.Position Responsibilities:Incorporates change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutionsApplies Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chainAnalyzes complex material requirementsVerifies and incorporates Bills of Material/schedules into a production planDetermines part number attributesInitiates, coordinates and authorizes release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availabilityEnsures on-time deliveryDocuments and resolves order delinquenciesReports schedule adherence issuesDevelops and controls inventory plansOptimizes inventory levelsAnalyzes and dispositions excess inventoriesInitiates auditsDevelops and creates schedules for products and servicesAssists in developing estimates and schedules for new business proposalsImplements and maintains process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices for materials management to improve SCM performanceWorks under general directionThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite.This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience:3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word3+ years of experience in supply chain and inventory management3+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data & presenting analysis and recommendations to management3+ years of experience in a position where priorities changed frequently & customer service was critical to the team’s success3+ years of experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives3+ years of experience with procurement experience utilizing standard processes and proceduresBachelor’s degree or higherAbility to travel 10% of the timePreferred Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience3+ years of experience with the ERPLN application (or comparable ordering & planning systems)3+ years of experience with REDARS and assessing BOM requirements3+ years of experience in aerospace related manufacturing operations or production supportConflict of Interest:Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.Drug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Shift:This is a 1st shift position.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
