Records Accountability AnalystCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Experienced Records Accountability Analysts to support the team onsite in Everett, Washington on 2nd shift.Position Responsibilities:Documents and maintain completed build/quality/inspection records to maintain the integrity of as-built deliverable product configurationReconciles erroneous data entries to ensure all production records are completed and accounted for by conducting database queries and performing audits of planning and production schedulesMonitors work of less experienced employeesAssembles data packages and logbooks from traceable build records in accordance with applicable requirements to provide visibility of deliverable product build statusProvides product build information to status the product for roll out, flight and/or deliveryProvides solutions to a variety of complex problems by developing and implementing process and procedure improvements to ensure the integrity of the documentation for product build processMaintains records storage and shipping logs to assure retrievability in compliance with applicable requirementsWorks under limited supervisionBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environmentAble to work 2nd shift1+ years experience using Microsoft OfficePreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Associates degree or higher1+ years of experience in record processing1+ years of experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues1+ years of experience working with logbooks and recordsExperience supporting both internal and external customersDrug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace (DFW) where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policiesUnion:This is a union-represented position.Shift:This role is primarily second shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.Total Rewards: At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
