The team integrates enterprise networking capabilities from global IT leaders with purpose-built hardware and software platforms designed for the most demanding environmental and operational requirements.About the Job As the Director of Growth, Connected Warfare, based in continental Europe, you will report to the Head of Growth for Anduril's International Connected Warfare business. The role carries initial responsibility for growth across Europe and the Middle East, with scope to expand as the business scales. This role is cross-cutting and matrixed by design. You'll work across programs, engineering, growth, manufacturing, software, finance, external partners, and customers to develop and execute the Connected Warfare growth strategy in region. You will be responsible for developing and closing business, driving a multi-year pipeline, recruiting and onboarding partners and resellers, and supporting multi-business-line sales efforts across the region. This is an individual-contributor role. You will not have direct reports — your impact comes from the business you build and the partnerships you close, not from the team you manage. Key Responsibilities Use your professional network to lead sales campaigns supporting a diverse set of IT-focused products Enable customers to meet their requirements and address capability gaps by facilitating the delivery of new products and technologies Develop and maintain close working relationships with internal Anduril stakeholders — business line and division leadership, growth teams, program and engineering teams, and corporate functions — to identify and shape new opportunities, resolve program issues, and provide strategic direction to execution teams Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners, resellers, and system integrators that are vital to growth strategy and program execution Deliver on financial performance metrics and build strategic market growth initiatives Provide guidance and support to leadership by crafting long-term growth and product strategies for the Connected Warfare business in region Growth Activities Define, outline, and document customer technical, programmatic, operational, and deployment requirements Develop and maintain business relationships with new and existing customers, including senior decision-makers across European MoDs, end-user military commands, government digital/IT functions, and prime / systems-integrator partners Maintain and track potential revenue opportunities; use Salesforce as the system of record for accounts, pricing, points of contact, expected close dates, and all customer activity Partner with the Sales Engineering team to refine customer solutions Perform live and static demonstrations of equipment on-site or via video teleconference Advise customers on emerging technology advancements Coordinate with country teams and the wider organization to channel customer inquiries and provide training and support Identify key growth areas and develop new business aligned with company strategy and campaigns Maintain a deep understanding of the marketplace, competitor offerings, and Anduril's product capabilities, and communicate them effectively to customers Create and deliver compelling client presentations and proposals tailored to specific customer needs Maintain a healthy business development pipeline of new and potential clients Identify regional contract vehicles (e.g. NATO frameworks, national procurement programmes), teaming agreements with European primes, and lead proposal development Required Qualifications 10+ years in defence, dual-use, or enterprise networking sales, with at least 5 years selling into European government and military customers Proven business development leader with demonstrated success winning complex IT or networking sales campaigns in Europe A builder and an owner: someone who has built a regional pipeline, country, or business line from a standing start, not just managed an existing book — willing to put in the work across all aspects of the business, prioritize effectively, and own outcomes Demonstrated ability to operate in a matrixed organization — partners well with BL leadership, engineering, capture, and corporate functions. Low ego, high collaboration Demonstrated experience building and managing a regional channel — resellers, system integrators, and prime partnerships Strong business acumen and command of the capture management process or equivalent enterprise sales pursuit methodology Desire to work in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial, and creative environment, with strong emotional intelligence Native or fluent English; a second European language or Arabic is a plus Willingness to travel up to 50% across Europe and the Middle East Right to work in the EU; ability to obtain national security clearances as required Preferred Qualifications Prior experience supporting export-controlled programs (US ITAR / EAR, UK Export Control, EU dual-use) Background in an allied military, intelligence, or government digital/IT function Experience standing
