THE OPPORTUNITY We’re looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team in Spain! This is a fully remote role, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the country. Please note that candidates must currently reside in Spain. Join us at an exciting stage of growth at Wellhub, where you’ll play a key role in shaping our European expansion. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the region. In this role, you’ll translate business needs into effective hiring strategies, helping to build high-performing teams that drive success in both established and new markets. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience while maintaining speed and quality. Beyond day-to-day hiring, you’ll contribute to improving recruiting practices through data-driven insights, helping us scale efficiently as we continue to grow. YOUR IMPACT Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles up to G7 level, ensuring high-quality hires and alignment with business needs. Partner closely with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to define hiring strategies, evaluation criteria, and ensure a seamless calibration through kickoff meetings. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines and improve overall hiring effectiveness. Drive a positive candidate experience by maintaining transparent communication, providing timely feedback, and acting as a professional brand ambassador for Wellhub. Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and formally propose improvements to increase the TA function's efficiency. Ensure compliance with global labor laws, internal SLAs, and data accuracy (cost centers, candidate stages, and budget alignment) within our ATS (Greenhouse). Promote diversity, equity, and belonging by proactively sourcing from underrepresented groups and mitigating biases throughout the selection process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (People Ops, OD&B) to ensure smooth onboarding and contribute to employer branding initiatives. WHO YOU ARE Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on high-demand environments. Strong analytical skills to track, interpret, and report recruitment metrics. Demonstrated ability to match financial budgets with candidate expectations regarding salary and benefits. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse, to manage candidate pipelines. Solid knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools to attract diverse talent. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Fluency in English and French is required for this role. We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
