It will play a key role in strengthening our offerings in line with our wellness brand, while enabling expansion into new markets and supporting our journey toward becoming a public company. YOUR IMPACT Visionary Strategy: Define and lead the multi-year Global Total Rewards vision, ensuring alignment with Wellhub’s long-term business strategy and its evolution toward a public company. Financial Stewardship: Manage global vendor ecosystems and total rewards spend with a focus on long-term value creation and operational excellence. Live the mission: Inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness. WHO YOU ARE Strategic Leadership: 12+ years of experience in Global Total Rewards, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership capacity within a high-growth or public company. Strategic Business Integration: Deeply understand the global business model and financial drivers to architect a multi-year Total Rewards roadmap and design practices that accelerate growth and support the transition to a public company.
