THE OPPORTUNITY The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for leading demand generation and revenue growth initiatives in the region.The role focuses on converting potential clients (MQLs) through marketing strategies, which may include managing CRM workflows, email campaigns, webinars, or co-marketing initiatives, ensuring effective and tailored communication.This person can be responsible for playing a pivotal role in executing both paid and non-paid marketing campaigns and working closely with sales, content, and product marketing teams to align strategies and achieve revenue goals. The role directly impacts the company's market, specifically by leading efforts to convert leads into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and increasing the conversion from MQL to Opportunities Validated and MQL to Launched Won Deals. This role directly impacts pipeline generation, increasing sales opportunities and supporting overall revenue growth across the region. YOUR IMPACT Revenue Marketing Strategy: Lead the regional revenue marketing strategy, focusing on demand generation, lead nurturing, and converting potential clients into MQLs through non-paid initiatives. CRM Workflow Management: Manage and optimize CRM workflows, ensuring effective communication with leads via email campaigns, chatbots, and other touchpoints. Implement relationship and engagement strategies based on lead segmentation and behavior. Campaign Oversight: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including co-marketing efforts with partners, webinars, and WhatsApp communication strategies, with the goal of nurturing leads and converting them into MQLs, Opps Validated, and Launched Won Deals. Support paid media campaigns to boost lead generation. Webinar & Content Operations: Manage webinars end-to-end, from planning and logistics to communication strategies. Use content assets developed by the internal content team to engage and nurture leads. Channel Integration & Optimization: Ensure that marketing initiatives across different channels are integrated to provide a seamless experience for potential clients, enhancing the effectiveness of lead conversion strategies. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data using tools like HubSpot and Amplitude. Develop reports that assess the effectiveness of campaigns across different channels and make data-driven recommendations for optimizations. Stakeholder & Agency Management: Maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders including sales, product marketing, and martech teams. Collaborate with external agencies to ensure chatbot performance and campaign success Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. WHO YOU ARE Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), lead nurturing, segmentation, and customer journey development. Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, including email marketing, webinars, and A/B testing. Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools such as Google Workspace, Amplitude, Salesforce, and HubSpot. Experience in revenue marketing, demand generation, and managing end-to-end campaigns. Strong background in managing multi-channel campaigns. Fluent English is mandatory. We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
