In this role, you’ll practice at the forefront of behavioral health integration, delivering psychiatric expertise embedded within a primary care clinic setting. You’ll collaborate directly with medical providers and behavioral health clinicians to improve patient access and outcomes.Key Position Details:As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at Allina Health, you will support Allina’s growing collaborative care model by providing psychiatric consultation, direct patient evaluation, and treatment within the outpatient clinic setting. You will work closely with primary care providers, psychologists, therapists, and care managers to identify mental health conditions early, guide treatment plans, and reduce barriers to care. Provide adult psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, medication management, and ongoing follow-up in a primary care clinic setting Serve as a psychiatric consultant within collaborative care teams in primary care and specialty clinics. Support early identification and management of depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other common psychiatric conditions. Provide education and real-time support for primary care physicians and advanced practice providers. Participate in the development of care pathways and quality improvement projects in integrated behavioral health. ScheduleM-F schedule, with hybrid remote/and on-site at Lakeville North Clinic8 hour day shiftsNo weekend workNo current or expected call rotationJob Description:Required QualificationsMaster's degree - Completion of an accredited Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner programOne year of experience in mental health and addictionLicenses/CertificationsLicensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required upon hireCertified Nurse Practitioner - American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) certification within specialty required upon hireLicensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner requiredBLS Tier 2 - Multisource required within 180 DaysDrug Enforcement Administration required upon hirePhysical DemandsMedium Work*:Lifting weight up to 32 lbs. occasionally (*Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), up to 25 lbs. frequentlyPay RangePay Range: $148,835 to $177,500 per yearThe pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE.
