Must live in MN or WIHybrid schedule - occasional onsite meetings required1.0 FTE (80 hours per two-week pay period)   8-hour day shiftsNo weekends​Job Description:Supports business intelligence efforts by gathering reporting requirements, maintaining BI tools and infrastructure, and developing reports and dashboards. Ensures data accuracy, system performance, and secure access. Collaborates with teams to optimize data flows and drive informed decision-making. Assists in implementing analytics practices that enhance efficiency, performance, and strategic outcomes.Principle ResponsibilitiesData Modeling, Design, and DevelopmentCollects and maintains the set of business reporting requirements.Sets up and maintains BI tools, infrastructure, and integration with company data sources.Communicates with operations leaders to determine specific business requirements for reports and business intelligence solutions.Reporting and VisualizationImplements BI reports based on business requirements.Maintains an accurate and comprehensive inventory of data, data systems, and data storage.Assists in implementing effective business analytics practices that drive improved decision making, efficiency and performance.Data AnalysisImplements BI reports based on business requirements.Maintains an accurate and comprehensive inventory of data, data systems, and data storage.Assists in implementing effective business analytics practices that drive improved decision making, efficiency and performance.Performance OptimizationWorks with data colleagues to propose data schema and data flow optimization for reporting performance and enhancement as needed.Processes data extracts using data retrieval and management tools.Ensures optimum service to all internal and external partners in response to all requests for service and information.Ensures database integrity, security and optimized performance at the application and database level.Other duties as assigned.Required QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in information technology, health informatics, analytics, public health, epidemiology, program evaluation, or related healthcare or scientific discipline2+ years in business intelligence, data analysis, or related field. Includes proficiency in common tools and products such as SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, and QlikviewPreferred Qualifications Master’s Degree in information technology, health informatics, analytics, public health, epidemiology, program evaluation, or related healthcare or scientific discipline2+ years in experience in Electronic Health Record and/or Enterprise Resource Planning application reportingPhysical DemandsSedentary:Lifting weight up to 10 lbs. occasionally, negligible weight frequentlyPay RangePay Range: $40.08 to $54.93 per hourThe pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
