In addition, the assistant coach is responsible for abiding by all rules and regulations of Howard University, the NCAA, and the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) to ensure departmental compliance.EXPERIENCE DESIREDSoftball Skills: Defense- outfield preferred Organizational Skills Communication Skills Time-Management Skills Computer & Data and Technology Skills MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s DegreeExperience coaching at the college level, high school level and/or equivalent professional experienceAn understanding of the rules and policies of the NCAAAbility to work with diverse individuals and promote an inclusive environmentCompliance Salary Range DisclosureExpected Pay Range: $45,000-$50,000
