We value mentorships, continuing education, and a healthy caseload to provide individualized care as appropriate.The outpatient physical therapist provides an individualized evaluation, during which the client, family/caregiver, and physical therapist determine the patient's goals, customize interventions to optimize the person's ability to perform functional activities, and continuously assess progress towards goals to ensure goals are being met and/or to modify the intervention plan based on the patient's needs and skills. Functional outcomes data is collected through the collection of best practice data via patient questionnaires, performance measures, and documented treatment interventions.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy if graduated prior to 2002 OR Master’s degree in Physical Therapy if graduated prior to 2016 OR Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy;Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy or eligible for licensurePreferred Qualifications:2 years of experience in Physical TherapyOCS, CSCS, DN CertifiedAdditional Information:Responsibilities:Completes direct and indirect patient care to evaluate, create plans of care, coordinate care, educate, and treat patients.
