If you're ready to drive change and make history, apply now!What you’ll do Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following: The Senior Director, Administration - Plant serves as the senior on-site Administration leader for Scout Motors’ South Carolina production facility and is responsible for the performance, integration, and execution of key Administration functions supporting manufacturing operations. Reporting to the Vice President, Administration, this role provides a single point of accountability for Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Security & Fire Protection, and Workplace Services at the site. The position ensures these functions operate cohesively, support production objectives, maintain compliance with applicable requirements, and deliver a safe, secure, and productive environment for employees and visitors. This leader is responsible for translating Scout Motors’ enterprise Administration strategies, standards, and objectives into effective plant-level execution while balancing the operational needs of a complex manufacturing environment. Plant-based personnel within assigned functions report directly to this role and maintain dotted-line alignment with their respective corporate functional organizations. The Senior Director plays a critical role in supporting production readiness, operational continuity, organizational growth, and long-term site success. Key Responsibilities Plant Administration Leadership Serve as the senior on-site Administration leader for the production facility. Provide integrated leadership across Environmental Health & Safety, Security & Fire Protection, and Workplace Operations functions supporting the production facility. Ensure Administration functions effectively support production objectives, operational readiness, employee experience, and business continuity. Partner closely with plant and corporate leadership to align priorities, resources, and performance expectations. Serve as the primary escalation point for significant Administration-related issues impacting plant operations. Organizational Leadership & Performance Lead, develop, and manage plant-based teams within assigned functions. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, engagement, and continuous improvement. Drive performance through effective resource allocation, budget management, and disciplined execution. Coach leaders and managers to effectively balance operational priorities with enterprise standards and functional expectations. Governance, Risk & Compliance Partner with corporate functional leaders to ensure alignment on priorities, budget & resource requirements, compliance obligations, and long-term capability development. Resolve conflicts between plant operational requirements and enterprise functional expectations through collaboration and appropriate escalation. Ensure regulatory compliance obligations are understood, appropriately managed, and effectively supported across the facility. Exercise appropriate authority to address conditions that present significant safety, security, compliance, or operational risks, including escalation of recommendations regarding operational restrictions or shutdowns, if warranted. Functional Areas of Accountability Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Provide leadership and accountability for plant-level environmental, health, and safety performance. Ensure effective implementation and execution of enterprise EHS policies, programs, and management systems. Promote a culture where safety, environmental stewardship, and risk awareness are integrated into daily operations. Partner with plant and corporate leadership to identify, prioritize, and mitigate operational risks. Provide executive oversight of significant incidents, investigations, corrective actions, and regulatory interactions. Security & Fire Protection Provide leadership and accountability for plant security, fire protection, emergency preparedness, and related risk management activities. Ensure effective execution of security and fire protection standards at the facility. Oversee plant readiness for emergency response, crisis management, and business continuity events. Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to support the protection of employees, assets, facilities, and operations. Provide leadership during significant security, fire protection, or emergency response events. Workplace
