Work Flexibility: Hybrid*This is a hybrid role, with the expectation to be onsite at our Portage (MI) office 2 days/weekAs a Medical Education Associate, you will educate and demonstrate the benefits of key products to clinical professors, teaching-hospital faculty, residents, and students. Explores and identifies sites for clinical trial in all stages of development. Coordinates continuing education workshops, seminars, and programs for graduate physicians, pharmacists, and scientists. Responds to unsolicited inquiries to establish and/or further the knowledge and understanding of marketed products and related topics.What you will do:Provides medical information to internal/external health sources such as the sales force, outside health professions, public, and government.Explores and identifies sites for clinical trials in all stages of developmentCoordinates continuing education workshops, seminars, and programs for graduate physicians, pharmacists, and scientistsMarketing/sales/medical education-related event coordinationBasic product and procedural knowledgeGain an understanding of the competitive landscapeGeneral understanding of key customer groupsBasic understanding of educational program designStrong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communicationSupport the coordination of Medical Education courses and programsBasic understanding of how we deliver trainingGather data and information from Medical Education programsUnderstand our medical education and business strategyUnderstand customer profiles, including why we engage KOLUnderstand training and Medical Education workstreamsUnderstand why and how we listen to our customersAwareness of internal branding guidelinesAware of commonly used internal communication toolsMinimum Qualifications (Required):Bachelor’s degree requiredPreferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):1+ years of professional experience1+ yerars of medical education or medical device industry experienceMBA or Master's degreeExcellent presentation and interpersonal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelinesAbility to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authorityMust be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policiesDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)   United States of America Pay Ranges:USN: $59,900 - $83,300 USD AnnualView the U.S. work location and transparency guide to find the pay range for your location.   Travel Percentage: 70%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
