CrowdStrike is expanding the power of CrowdStrike Falcon® Exposure Management with Network Vulnerability Assessment — bringing its continuous visibility, AI-driven prioritization, and automated remediation to unmanaged network assets. It eliminates reliance on outdated network scanning tools that create security blind spots. The Falcon platform leverages its existing lightweight agent as a network scanner, enabling instant, continuous assessments with no additional setup—providing real-time visibility into both managed and unmanaged network devices without causing congestion or disruptions.This person will be responsible for building features which are fault tolerant and run as high scalable cloud systems, and maintaining them.What You'll Do:Engineering efforts from rapid prototypes to developing large-scale application services of the vulnerability contentWork with security researchers and vulnerability analysts to troubleshoot time-sensitive production issuesExtensive use of Golang/Python, AWS cloud, relational and non-relational databases, pub-sub systemsEnsure security and efficacy of the dataBackend engineering systems and process automation engineeringBuild vulnerability management tracking capabilities by conducting analysis on data and providing reviewed content to the platform Team for product efficacyInteract and integrate with platform teams and other product teamsConstantly re-engineering to improve architecture, knowledge models, user experience, performance and stabilityHelp with debugging and fixing customer issuesMonitor the production issues on rotational basisWhat You'll Need:Solid work experience in Golang/ Python scripting and development.Strong database skills (MySql, Postgres)Experience with big data technologies like Kafka, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Redis, K8SExposure to AWS cloud / S3 / Splunk.Delivering high quality & tested codeUnderstanding of cyber security protocols & vulnerabilities managementWorking level understanding of sources of vulnerability information (i.e. NIST, etc.)Ability to communicate at all levels of an organization.Team collaboration and ability to work in a global team.The skills to meet commitments on time and produce high quality software that is unit tested, code reviewed, and checked in regularly for continuous integrationExperience in accelerating development cycles with GenAI tools, with a strong interest in adding AI-powered enhancements to our product features.#LI-SM2Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike: Market leader in compensation and equity awardsComprehensive physical and mental wellness programsCompetitive vacation and holidays for rechargePaid parental and adoption leavesProfessional development opportunities for all employees regardless of level or roleEmployee Networks, geographic neighborhood groups, and volunteer opportunities to build connectionsVibrant office culture with world class amenitiesGreat Place to Work Certified™ across the globe CrowdStrike is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
