Read more: careers.bms.com/working-with-us.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelops strategies and plans that facilitate long term, highly productive and collaborative relationships with Thought Leaders and Healthcare ProvidersLeads peer-to-peer scientific discussions focused on the safe and appropriate use of therapies, and provides best practices and guidance to team members to ensure highest level of impact across REL teamGathers, communicates and leads field-based insights and insight discussions on disease state, clinical practice, and patient managementTranslates complex clinical and scientific data into clear, actionable insights for echocardiography and sonography professionalsServes as a trusted scientific resource among the REL team and within the healthcare communityAligns field activities with medical strategy and evolving stakeholder needsIndependently creates highly effective strategic and tactical plans for self and guides team members in the same, which include critical analysis of HCP & Institution complexity. Effectively applies this information to inform their own and others’ decisionsSeeks and executes productive, unique and innovate ways to address both opportunities and challengesActively seeks opportunities to engage others representing a collaboration / synergy that ultimately improves results. Spearheads initiatives that drive a compliance mindset within the teamQualifications & ExperienceGraduate of an accredited ultrasound program (echocardiography required); bachelor’s degree preferredActive cardiac ultrasound registry (RDCS or RCS required)Minimum of 5 years of adult echocardiography experiencePrevious experience in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM)Subject matter expert on HCM and extensive knowledge of relevant scientific literatureMasterfully communicates in presentations, written and spoken word, and interpersonal skills with each stakeholder demonstrating effective prior research and emotionally intelligent approaches Proven ability to interpret and communicate complex clinical data clearly and effectivelyProficiency in English (written and spoken) Additional RequirementsHome-based role with 50–70% travel, including overnight and occasional weekend travelAbility to travel by car and/or air as neededAbility to lift up to 45 lbs and transport educational equipment (e.g., simulator)#LI-RemoteIf you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn’t perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience.
