Progress starts with you.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a high-potential Analyst to join our APAC marketing team, supporting Visa’s fastest-growing areas: Cross-Border (XB) marketing and next-generation Growth Products.This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution, partnering closely with the respective team leads to bring innovative payment solutions to market and scale cross-border consumer engagement across Asia Pacific.You will play a critical role in translating strategy into impactful campaigns, toolkits, and product marketing initiatives—supporting how millions of consumers choose to travel, shop, and pay with Visa across borders.What a Marketing Analyst does at Visa:A Marketing Analyst is responsible for executing end-to-end campaigns, supporting go-to-market launches, and developing product marketing content that brings Visa’s solutions to life for consumers and clients.They work closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including product, communications, legal, and design teams—to coordinate multi-market initiatives, ensure local market relevance, and manage complex workflows across Asia Pacific.In addition, they play a key role in driving insights and performance tracking, supporting adoption reporting, consolidating campaign learnings, and contributing to leadership updates. Ultimately, Marketing Analysts at Visa help scale growth opportunities such as digital payments and cross-border commerce by turning strategy into execution, content, and measurable business impact.What You’ll Do:1.Go-To-Market (GTM) & Campaign ExecutionExecute end-to-end marketing initiatives for key growth products and cross-border campaigns across APACSupport GTM launches for new features, enhancements, and market rolloutsDevelop and localize marketing toolkits, campaign assets, and playbooks for regional markets (e.g., travel, destinations, partnerships, events)2. Product Marketing & Content DevelopmentCreate product marketing materials including one-pagers, sales collateral, and internal enablement contentSupport development of compelling narratives and messaging frameworks for diverse marketsContribute to creative and content development aligned to Visa’s brand and cross-market platforms3. Market & Stakeholder CoordinationPartner with country marketing teams to ensure effective localization and executionCoordinate with global teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders (product, comms, legal, design)Track inputs, timelines, deliverables, and feedback across multiple markets and initiatives4. Program Management & OperationsManage workflows across teams to ensure seamless execution of complex, multi-market programsSupport meeting cadences, recaps, project tracking, and follow-upsDrive internal communications including newsletters and regional updates5. Insights, Reporting & LearningSupport data collection, adoption tracking, and performance reporting for leadership updatesConsolidate campaign insights, research, and best practices to inform future initiativesAssist in building structured learning agendas to continuously improve campaign performanceQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce or Marketing preferably.3-5 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, consulting, or related fieldsStrong executional capabilities with experience managing cross-functional programsAbility to operate independently and manage projects end-to-endStrong project management and organizational capabilitiesFamiliarity with data analysis, reporting, or adoption metrics preferredAbility to synthesize insights into clear, actionable recommendationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working across cultures and time zones.High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and proactive problem-solving abilities.Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Visa is an EEO EmployerQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
