Progress starts with you.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Lead the development and execution of B2B marketing strategies that differentiate our commercial offerings, communicate value to our customers, and drive measurable outcomes across the customer segment.Develop customer analysis, market segmentation, and targeting to create detailed buyer journeys and personas. This will aid in the development of appropriate products and provide insights into market opportunities.Conduct competitive and key customers analysis, to understand buying behaviors, challenges, and opportunities. Use these insights to develop effective B2B marketing campaigns that engage our key audiences and drive action.Execute impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities. Develop our digital content (web and social media) and site development to optimize client engagement and lead generation across multiple channels.Execute thought leadership initiatives to position the company as an industry leader, collaborating with key stakeholders to showcase our expertise and value to customers.Measure program performance, optimize campaigns in real-time, and provide actionable insights that guide decision-making. This includes tracking relevant KPIs and implementing a revenue attribution model.Assist on the development of B2B marketing playbooks, campaign creative frameworks, and media strategies to. drive awareness, understanding, and demand generation with targeted customers across Europe.Control marketing budget for your customer segment, including managing strategic partners, approving production costs, and planning campaigns to optimize investments.Perform granular tracking, reporting, and efficient lead management in the handoff from marketing to sales.Assist on the execution of our B2B2B marketing strategies and joint engagements with our key partners across the European region.Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business or marketing.B2B Marketing experienceA great team member who adds energy, ideas and fun to our team and corporate cultureStrong strategic thinker with a results orientation who approaches any challenge with thoughtfulness, drive, and appropriate urgency.Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with the marketing tech stack (sales and marketing automation and measurement tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, AEM and GoogleAnalytics) and driving B2B digital marketing campaigns.Experience working in sales or B2B marketing function.Audience-focused mindset, with a demonstrated track record of discovering key insights.Financial and analytical acumen.Knowledge on the agile framework and pragmatic marketing modelGlobal sensibilities and an empathetic outlook to work well with other markets and cultures around the world.Visa is an EEO EmployerQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
