This role is designed to be fungible across technology and business verticals, enabling flexible deployment across the enterprise. The Project Manager operates as an individual contributor, partnering with technology, business, and operations teams to deliver predictable, high-quality outcomes aligned to Visa’s enterprise strategy.Digital Enablement Solutions (DES) OverviewVision:Accelerate Visa’s enterprise evolution by delivering digital solutions that empower people, drive operational excellence, and unlock measurable business value.Mission:Maximize business impact by driving delivery velocity and reliability, optimizing user experience and adoption, enabling continuous improvement and innovation, and delivering actionable insights.Key Priorities• Reliability by Design: Predictable, scalable delivery• Human-First Experience: Prioritizing people in every solution• Intelligent Change Execution: User and production readiness• Operational Agility: Fit-for-purpose solutions• Metrics-Driven Excellence: The story behind the dataFocus Areas• Data-driven enablement• Exceptional experience• Continuous improvement• Quantifiable results• Alignment to Visa’s strategic vision• End-to-end lifecycle oversightKey Responsibilities:Manage and deliver a portfolio of small to mid-sized initiatives within the DES PMO portfolio.Own project execution including scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.Apply standard PMO delivery practices, governance, and reporting to ensure predictable and compliant execution.Apply data‑ and AI‑driven insights to project planning, tracking, and reporting, improving delivery predictability, risk visibility, and decision‑making for stakeholders and PMO leadershipDrive risk and issue identification and resolution, escalating appropriately with clear data and recommendations.Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to support integrated delivery and release readiness.Track and report progress, milestones, financials, and key metrics to portfolio and PMO leadership.Support change management and adoption readiness in collaboration with operational and user-facing teams.Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. QualificationsBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experiencePreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experienceMinimum of 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience, or a Bachelor’s DegreeFoundational understanding of project or portfolio management conceptsAbility to organize information, track details, and meet deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfort working with data, metrics, and reporting toolsAbility to work effectively as an individual contributor within a matrixed environmentExposure to technology, cybersecurity, or enterprise systems environmentsExperience working with cross-functional teamsExperience using AI‑assisted insights, analytics, or automation tools to inform project planning, forecasting, and executive‑level reporting.Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery modelsStrong attention to detail with a learning mindsetVisa is an EEO EmployerQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
