Job Description:Note: Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this positionThe RoleFidelity Charitable is seeking a strategic and mission-driven leader to serve as Director of Product Management, Philanthropy. In this role, you will guide a selection of grantmaking program offerings that strengthen our ability to help donors give more and more effectively, and support their goals to strengthen the nonprofit sector.Reporting to the Vice President, this leader will help shape the direction of key programs, ensuring they are responsive, accessible, and impactful for the donors we serve. The Director will both support the build out of new program / product offerings as well as help maintain and support current giving programs. Many programs will be focused on our most generous donor’s interests, including collaborative giving and giving with impact. You will translate organizational priorities into thoughtful strategies and actionable roadmaps, while fostering strong collaboration across teams to deliver meaningful, scalable solutions. While this role will not have any direct reports, the Director is expected to help lead and influence the strategy across the Product Management, Philanthropy Team.This role sits at the intersection of strategy, service, and impact—partnering closely with colleagues and stakeholders to continuously improve how we support donors, nonprofits, and advisors. As expectations for giving evolve, you will play a critical role in advancing how Fidelity CharitableThe Expertise and Skills You BringA commitment to Fidelity Charitable’s mission and a passion for expanding charitable giving and nonprofit impactExperience in structural philanthropy, such as DAFs, foundations, corporate giving institutions, and other giving-focused institutions.Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with a focus on outcomes and serviceExperience guiding the strategy and evolution of donor- or nonprofit-facing programs or servicesAbility to translate organizational priorities into clear, measurable plans that advance mission and impactA collaborative approach to working across teams, including relationship management service delivery, compliance, marketing, finance, legal, and riskStrong judgment in identifying opportunities to improve programs while thoughtfully managing risk and stewarding resourcesA track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing leaders and teamsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across a diverse, matrixed organization8–10+ years of experience in product management, program leadership, or similar roles with people leadership responsibilityExperience in philanthropy, the nonprofit sector, or mission-driven financial services strongly preferredBachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience is a plusThe TeamFidelity Charitable is a public charity and sponsor of the nation’s largest donor-advised fund program.
