Job Description:Note Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.The Role Join the IWMS Data Solutions team within the Wealthscape Reporting data squad, where you will contribute to a rapidly evolving data platform undergoing significant growth and modernization. In this role, you will support solution design, data analysis, and end-to-end delivery, helping enhance both operational and analytical capabilities across IWMS data platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, particularly the Wealthscape Experience team, to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions. This highly visible role requires strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and the ability to work independently while contributing to initiatives that improve automation, alignment, and data quality across platforms.  The Expertise & Skills You Bring Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technology-related field with 2+ years of IT experience Experience with API development and integration Working knowledge of Python Basic SQL knowledge for querying, data validation, and analysis Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, SnapLogic) preferred Experience with AWS services such as Batch, S3, and Lambda Exposure to container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience with job scheduling and orchestration tools (e.g., Control-M, Apache Airflow) is a plus Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle, Terraform/OpenTofu)  The Team On this team, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver data solutions that support reporting, analytics, and insights.
