From treating minor injuries such as fractures and lacerations to managing life-threatening conditions like heart attacks and strokes, the department is equipped to handle a full spectrum of emergency needs. The 36-bed emergency department is a Level III trauma center, offering around-the-clock physician coverage by board-certified emergency medicine providers, as well as resources for resuscitation, surgery, and intensive care for trauma patients. As a designated Chest Pain Center, the team demonstrates a strong commitment to quality care and adherence to rigorous clinical standards. In addition, on-call medical specialists are available for consultation, ensuring patients have access to comprehensive, coordinated care when needed.We’re Looking For:Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursingCandidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience, this position is not for new graduatesRegistered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practicesBasic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart AssociationACLS required within 6 months of hire1 year of inpatient RN experience preferredWhat You’ll Do:As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.About This Location: Atrium Health Pineville has offered a personal brand of caring to South Charlotte, Ballantyne, Fort Mill, Rock Hill and beyond.
