Join us in powering the progress of global aerospace.Position OverviewBoeing is seeking a Senior Manager - Agentic AI to lead the creation and scaling of an Agentic AI Center of Excellence (COE). This leader will be accountable for defining the strategy, building the team, establishing the operating model, and driving execution against a portfolio of high-value AI and agentic AI use cases.The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI, strong people leadership, and a proven ability to lead through influence and execution in a complex enterprise environment. This role will partner closely with business leaders, technology teams, and external partners to identify opportunities, run pilots, build reusable solutions, and scale successful capabilities across Boeing.This is a leadership role that requires both strategic vision and operational rigor. The successful candidate will be expected to build and develop talent, create momentum across the organization, and ensure the COE delivers measurable business value.This role will be based out of Bangalore, India.
