Connect with a career that matters, and help us build a safer future.Department OverviewA software engineering team that specializes in the development of world-class digital two-way subscriber radios for the mission-critical market.Job DescriptionAnalyzes requirements, design specifications, system topology and develop test procedures based on cybersecurity requirements/ specification, maintain/update test procedures, for the organization’s products and systems.Performs cybersecurity system integration test of software and hardware to maintain throughput and program consistency.Collaborate with front-end architects, hardware engineers, SW development engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure optimal cybersecurity coverageAnalyze, submit and manage defects.Develop, enhance, troubleshoot and maintain test tools that are needed for the cybersecurity testsLeverage advancements in AI and develop customized tools to optimize test cases /scripts development, testing, and product functionality.        Work on continuous testing in CI/CD pipeline and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) testing.Continuously evaluate, study, identify opportunities and enhance the automation process for efficiencyBasic RequirementsFresh graduatesBachelor Degree in Information Science / Communication Engineering / Software engineering or related fieldsKnowledge in Python, Javascript, Angular, C, C# or other languages used for scripting.Knowledge in Android, IoT, WiFI,  LTE, DMR, video are added advantageWorks under general supervision, self-motivated, able to work and integrate well into cross-functional team.Good English communication, interpersonal skillCustomer focused and result oriented.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with an attention to detail.Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.Candidate must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.Travel RequirementsNoneRelocation ProvidedNonePosition TypeNew GradReferral Payment PlanNoEEO StatementMotorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
