The future of cybersecurity starts with you.About the Role:Join CrowdStrike's internal SRE team as an Engineering Supervisor where you'll lead a team of Site Reliability Engineers focused on the automation, reliability, and observability of our internal developer platform. This platform empowers thousands of CrowdStrike engineers to build and deploy software rapidly, efficiently, and at scale.As an Engineering Supervisor on the Technical Operations team, you are first and foremost a people leader. You will run a high-performing team with deep expertise across load balancers, relational and non-relational databases, message queues (Kafka, Pulsar, RedPanda), caching layers (Redis, Valley, Varnish), and SLI/SLO reporting. You'll be responsible not just for what the team ships, but for how they grow — through regular 1:1s, clear delegation, career development, and a culture of mentorship and operational excellence.Beyond your team, you'll build and maintain key relationships with technical leaders across the organization, contribute to architectural direction, and ensure the services your team owns are positioned for the company's next level of scale.
