In this vital role you will as a Associate IS Engineer, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of our GEN AI web applications across various Process Development functions(Drug Substance, Drug Product, Attribute Sciences & Combination Products) in Operations, You’ll be working on both front-end and back-end technologies.Let’s do this. This role is ideal for early-career professionals looking to take on challenges in software development.Develop and maintain front-end applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks, preferably ReactJS.Develop and manage back-end services using languages such as Python or Node.js, leveraging AWS cloud infrastructure.Experience building or integrating applications with generative AI, LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG patterns, or AI orchestration frameworks.Create innovative solutions leveraging the latest technologies.Collaborate with the design and product teams to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements.Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.Maintain system uptime and optimal performanceLearn and adapt to new technologies and industry trendsWhat we expect of youWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The software professional we seek will have these qualifications.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 6 years of software development experiencePreferred Qualifications:Functional Skills:Must-Have Skills:Hands on experience with web development, proficient with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern web frameworks (React, Angular, Fast API, Django)Hands on experience with backend development, proficient with SQL/NoSQL database, proficient in Python and SQLAbility to learn new technologies quickly. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
