This role partners closely with PLM Strategy & Excellence, PLM Operations and key stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and effective execution of PLM Strategy & Roadmap while providing accurate forecasting, and strong program governance. The position operates with a high level of autonomy and serves as a critical link between strategy and execution.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport PLM leadership by translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, programs, and milestonesPartner with PLM Strategy & Excellence and PLM Operations to deliver PLM initiatives on time, within scope, and with high qualityServes as the gatekeeper of End-to-End PLM Business Process Maps, supporting narratives, value stream analysis and relevant Roadmap artefactsChampions and evolves PLM Solution Architecture that involves Business Process Architecture, Data Architecture, Master Data Management & Data Governance Develop and maintain forecasts for program delivery, capacity, and execution risksLead program management and Governance activities, including milestone tracking, dependency management, risk and issue tracking, and KPI reportingEstablish and maintain program governance, reporting cadence, and execution disciplineCollaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT, and Business teams to ensure alignment and resolve execution challengesAct as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communicationPrepare executive‑ready status updates, dashboards, and reports to support leadership decision‑makingRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Operations, or Life science graduation8+ years of experience in PLM operations, Master Data Operations, program management, or business operationsStrong experience working cross‑functionally to drive execution and deliver resultsDemonstrated ability to perform business process modeling, solution architecture, Data Architecture, deviation analysis, forecasting, and risk managementProven program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level communicationAbility to work independently, manage ambiguity, and exercise sound judgmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in PLM systems and regulated environments (e.g., MedTech, Pharma)Familiarity with PLM governance models, KPIs, and operational metricsExperience supporting global teams and stakeholdersPrefer experience with PLM Tools (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, Agile PLM, SAP PLM), SAP S/4 PLM etc.Agentic AI and LLM applications in PLM ecosystem e.g., SAP, Signavio, LIMS, and CamstarWe are a company deeply rooted in belonging, promoting an inclusive environment where employees feel valued and empowered to contribute to our mission.
