About The Role A member of the service delivery team, the Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading business and technical analysis efforts across large, and/or complex client engagements, translating business needs into actionable solutions, and delivering transformational change and competitive advantage. Senior Business Analysts operate as key contributors and workstream leads, partnering closely with Project and Program Managers, Account Leads, and Directors. They are accountable for independently completing their workstream areas, developing client-facing artifacts, communicating with, and managing stakeholders, collaborating with fellow project team members, and ensuring high-quality execution. What You'll Do PRIORITIES Excellent client service delivery within assigned workstreamsLead and execute requirements definition, process design, and solution alignmentSupport project team members, program execution, and deliveryBuild strong client relationships and maintain business networkActively support and participate in business development effortsContribute to, and strengthen, firm capabilities and knowledgeActively participate and contribute to Forum’s cultureAssist with successful completion of Forum’s strategic plan Responsibilities Document processes and/or requirements for projects or program workstreamsTranslate and clearly document business and technical specificationsFacilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessionsClearly capture, assess, and document current-state processesAssist with the development of future-state processesIdentify process improvement opportunities resulting from process flow reviews and assessmentsIdentify gaps, risks, and dependencies across systems and processesSupport validation, testing, and implementation readinessManage workstream activities including risks and issuesDevelop executive-ready deliverables and status reportingServe as a primary point of contact for stakeholders within their workstreamClearly capture and report status of project/program activities to stakeholders and project/program team membersMentor junior analysts and support team development KNOWLEDGE AND BEHAVIORS Strong understanding of business analysis across business and technology implementationsAbility to connect business needs, processes, and systemsAdvanced requirements gathering and documentation skillsExpertise in process design, workflow documentation, and gap analysisAbility to operate independently in ambiguous environments and seek assistance when neededStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to influence stakeholders and facilitate alignmentStrong time management and multi-tasking capabilityCollaborative, proactive, and accountableResilient and adaptable in complex environments and when facing challenges and setbacksDesire to be mentored by experienced professionalsEffective networking skillsStrong promoter of brand awareness of Forum Qualifications REQUIRED EXPERIENCE B.A. or B.S. degree required5+ years of business experience4+ years as a Business Analyst or similar roleExperience leading requirements gathering effortsExperience with workflow and process design and process re-engineering effortsExperience in large-scale, enterprise-wide projects, programs and transformation effortsExperience working at different levels of an organization (C-level leadership through to line employees)Experience acting as a liaison between business and technology stakeholdersStrong Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tool (e.g., Power BI) skillsExperience preparing executive-ready presentations and discussion briefsExperience with project management tools, preparing written and verbal status updatesExperience working within a project/program structure Preferred Experience Exp
