The role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage overlapping timelines across projects focused on research, education, community engagement, and technology innovation.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:• Coordinate implementation activities across multiple grant-funded projects• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with the PI• Track grant activities and document progress for reporting purposes• Support day-to-day grant implementation and compliance activities• Facilitate regular check-ins with community partners to monitor progress and provide guidance• Maintain organized project documentation and shared resources• Assist with preparation of internal updates and external reports• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project-related events as needed• Serve as a liaison between faculty, students, and project partnersCORE COMPETENCIES:     • Project and program coordination• Grant administration support• Student supervision and mentoring• Written and verbal communication• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously• Collaborative and team-oriented approachMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred• Experience supporting grants, programs, or research projects• Experience working with undergraduate or graduate students• Strong organizational and administrative skills• Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an academic or research environmentCompliance Salary Range Disclosure$30/HR
