In this vital role, your tasks and results will include the following:Develop, implement, and maintain territory Plans of Action based in strategic SMART goals by adopting omnichannel solutions and updating HCP’s profiles in CRM data basesIntegrate 360 views on account plans contributing to develop Amgen business as a role x-functional model and by developing best practices within Amgen ValuesDemonstrates to be Territory Disease Expert with deep understanding of industry and healthcare trends, of how retail practices, clinics and hospitals operateBased on Amgen Performance 4 develop networks and effective long standing HCP’s relationships to be viewed as a solution partner by understanding theirs and Amgen needsIdentify and seek x-functional support to implement Results-Oriented Solutions or Programs for disease health ecosystems align with budget and POA prioritiesContinuously develops and improves product knowledge, communication and selling skills through self-learning and active participation in agreed training programsInitial contract of 12 months that could be extendedWINWHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU  We are all different, yet we all use our outstanding contributions to serve patients.
