We’re looking for a motivated Program Cost Analyst to drive program success by delivering accurate and quality financial reporting in the Advanced Networking Solutions (ANS) portfolio of programs located in St. Petersburg, FL. This role offers a unique opportunity to refine your skills and expertise in a wide variety of financial analysis and program reporting areas while working within a cross-functional team to deliver valuable customer solutions.What You Will DoDevelop quarterly EACs; analysis/assist in accurate projection of Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) dataDevelop and submit external CDRL reports, including monthly Integrated Program Management Data Analysis Report (IPMDAR)Assist with authoring User Manual & Instructions for a unique implementation of financial tools (forProject + PMX) and CDRL reporting (IPMDAR)Develop program financials including time-phased integrated budgets and schedules, Earned Value (EV) data compliance and reporting, cost accounting and ongoing overseeing of cost and schedule integrationBudgeting, cost control and variance analysis, internal/external reporting, risk management and financial supportBalance sheet – work with the team on unbilled, AR/CFRs, help coordination of action to close programs, clean up the balance sheet and provide analysisManage Inter-organizational transfers (IOTs) and Internal Work Authorizations (IWAs) between RTX businesses and across multiple programsLead the ANS-wide monthly labor/staffing reporting and forecasting processContract closeouts and final billingsSupport proposal activity, as neededQualifications You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experienceThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearanceExperience developing quarterly EACsExperience with Earned Value ManagementExperience with DoD Accounting and program controlsQualifications We PreferExisting Secret or Top Secret level clearance preferredExcellent computer skills, which include a high level of proficiency with Microsoft.
