This role is remote and open to candidates located in Massachusetts or the Madison, WI area, with the ability to travel periodically to company locations, including Tewksbury and Waltham, MA, or Madison, WI, as needed.Position SummaryThe Product Manager will be part of the EPM Product Management team, taking charge of the gas analyzer portfolio. You will drive global product line strategies, manage product life cycles, lead VOC activities, define market requirements, and develop growth opportunities in new and existing segments.Key ResponsibilitiesFull business ownership/accountability for delivering financial results for the assigned product line(s)Connect with key customers, developing trusted partner relationships to understand their workflows and future business needsTranslate customer needs and insights into product development pipelinesDevelop product portfolio, product roadmaps, and new initiatives in collaboration with R&DBuild and oversee the annual marketing plan for the product portfolio, ensuring flawless execution across the ‘4 Ps & 3Cs’ of marketingProvide strategic direction for all product and portfolio-related projectsCollaborate with cross-functional and international teams in Marketing, R&D, Quality, Operations, and Commercial groupsEducationBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Finance or related field; MBA preferredExperience3+ years experience in product management and/or marketing leadership requiredFamiliarity with analytical and/or industrial instrument industry preferredPrior experience with air quality and process gas instrumentation beneficialExperience in global environments preferredProven ability to balance multiple priorities and achieve results in a matrix environmentSkills & AbilitiesAdept at influencing in a matrixed environment, driving accountability to timelinesComfortable making independent decisions and embracing changeStrong attention to detail and project management skills for timely results across projectsAbility to understand business strategies and prioritize activities appropriatelyCompensation and BenefitsThe salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $113,500.00–$150,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
