Find your fit — and your future.Summary of the role: The Workday Integration Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale integrations and Workday Extend applications across the global HR technology landscape. This role focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing integrations using Workday tools while enabling automation and AI/GenAI-driven solutions.As part of the Workday Integrations Team, this position will contribute to the development and maintenance of APIs, integration frameworks, and HR system connectivity across a mature Workday ecosystem. The role operates within an agile delivery model and supports continuous improvement of HR IT services.About the role:Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday APIsDevelop and support Workday Extend applications and orchestration-based workflowsBuild and maintain REST/SOAP integrations and web servicesTroubleshoot and resolve production issues; perform root cause analysisProvide ongoing technical support for integrations and Extend solutionsCollaborate with HR, HRBPs, COEs, and IT stakeholders to deliver business-aligned solutionsSupport integrations across HCM domains including Core HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor, and CompensationParticipate in AI/GenAI-driven automation use cases and Copilot-enabled integrationsCreate and maintain technical documentation (TDDs) and integration design artifactsEnsure adherence to agile practices, testing standards, and deployment processesMaintain system performance, reliability, and SLA complianceAbout you:Workday Certification (Integration and/or Extend) – MandatoryStrong hands-on experience with:Workday ExtendWorkday Studio, EIB, Core ConnectorsExperience with Workday Orchestration FrameworkExperience in REST/SOAP APIs, WSDL, and web services integrationStrong understanding of Workday architectureExperience with AI/GenAI, automation, or Copilot integrationsStrong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and provide technical leadershipDeliver robust, scalable Workday integrations aligned with business requirementsMeet operational SLAs across incidents, enhancements, and releasesEnsure high system stability, performance, and data integrity across integrationsDrive automation and efficiency through AI/GenAI-enabled workflowsProvide proactive monitoring, issue resolutions, and continuous improvementsStrengthen integration architecture and ensure best-practice adoptionEnable seamless collaboration across HR, IT, and business stakeholders5–10 years overall experience3–6+ years in Workday Integrations / ExtendRemote / Hybrid (based on project needs)Ability to support global teams across time zonesBenefits:We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
