Completes a concise summary of the findings for use by the interpreting cardiologist. Prioritizes studies to ensure timeliness of patient care. Maintains working knowledge of all systems and equipment.Responsibilities:Pre Procedural PrepAccurately enters dataPerforms echocardiography to include M-mode, 2-D, Doppler as indicatedAssists MD and other staff with TEES, Stress echo, Pharmacology studiesObtains proper views as indicatedUtilizes settings/techniques to enhance image clarity for optimal MD reviewPost Procedural Charting and documentationWhat you will need:2-3 years of hospital or office based UltrasonographerExperience in stress echo, carotid ultrasound and abdominal aortic ultrasound highly preferredAssociates Degree required, BA PreferredCurrent ARDMS registrationAbility to lift 20 lbs.Pay Range: $38.45 - $54.86Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
