You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable AI-driven workflows that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance data quality across the clinical trial lifecycle.This position is office-based and will be on site at Regeneron’s Hyderabad office. A typical day may include the following:Designing and developing AI agent-based automation solutions across Clinical Data Management operationsBuilding and deploying LLM-powered agents to automate workflows in data ingestion, quality management, reporting, and study operationsDeveloping and maintaining automation solutions for complex clinical processes such as query generation, reconciliation, deviation detection, and data review workflowsSupporting regulatory and inspection readiness by automating documentation, audit trails, and data validation processesBuilding scalable data ingestion and transformation pipelines to process data from EDC systems and external vendorsDeveloping machine learning models for anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and data quality monitoringImplementing data reconciliation and validation frameworks across multiple clinical data sourcesWorking closely with IT and platform teams to integrate AI solutions into existing clinical systems and data platformsSupporting AI governance activities including validation, auditability, and compliance with regulatory standardsContributing to team enablement by sharing knowledge, supporting AI adoption, and developing best practicesThis job may be for you if you have:Strong hands-on experience in AI/ML, large language models (LLMs), and workflow automationExperience working with LLM tools, APIs, or agent frameworks such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar technologiesGood understanding of clinical data management, EDC systems, and clinical trial workflowsFamiliarity with CDISC standards (SDTM, CDASH) and regulatory requirements in a GxP environmentStrong programming skills in Python and SQL, with experience in data pipelines and automationExperience with machine learning concepts such as anomaly detection and predictive modelingStrong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skillsAbility to work in a cross-functional environment and support technical deliveryTo be considered for this role, you must have:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field7–9+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or related domainsExperience building or deploying AI or LLM-based solutions (preferably in a regulated environment)Exposure to clinical data, healthcare, or life sciences domain is preferredDoes this sound like you?
