Job Description
Assist in planning, managing, and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion.Coordinate with various teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.Support the procurement of materials and services required for projects.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams.Assist in resolving any project-related issues or conflicts that may arise.Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

The Successful Applicant
3+ years of construction experience in the general contracting spaceDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is highly preferredA strong understanding of construction project management principles and practices.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
