About the Job: Our client is a growing and respected consulting firm based in the Buffalo, NY region, specializing in delivering high-quality due diligence and consulting services throughout the country. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneouslyOversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and executionDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractorsReview contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure project understandingMonitor project costs and prepare financial reports, forecasts, and change ordersEnsure adherence to safety regulations and company policiesLead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholdersMentor and support project engineers and junior project managersIdentify and mitigate project risks Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)7+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in commercial or industrial projectsProven track record of successfully delivering projects valued at $10M+Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practicesExcellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsProficiency in project management software (Procore, Primavera, MS Project, etc.)Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience in Owners Representative/Construction Management Arena is a plus Compensation: Competitive salary: $100,000 – $130,000+ (based on experience) Performance bonusesHealth and dental insuranceESOP distributionPaid time off and holidays Worksite: Hybrid in Williamsville, NY - minimal travel
