Job Title: Business Analyst Job Description The Business Analyst will join a business and strategy team focused on bridging the gap between operational needs and data-driven solutions within a supply chain environment. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to define business requirements, develop and refine key performance indicators (KPIs), and build insightful reports and dashboards that support strategic decision-making. You will leverage your strong analytical, communication, and technical skills to improve data collection, reporting processes, and system usage, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear and concise data requirements for reporting and analysis.Facilitate workshops and conduct interviews with business partners to gather, clarify, and document detailed business and data requirements.Document business requirements and data specifications in a structured and comprehensive manner to support reporting and analytics development.Define and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business objectives and supply chain performance goals.Design and implement methods to accurately measure and track KPIs, ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems and reports.Support the design and development of user-friendly reports and dashboards using data visualization tools such as think-cell and Qlik Sense.Ensure that reports and dashboards are accurate, timely, and tailored to the needs of both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Drive the development of automated reporting dashboards to support strategic decision-making and reduce manual reporting efforts.Analyze existing data collection, processing, and reporting processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and accuracy.Recommend and implement process improvements based on data analysis, best practices, and stakeholder feedback.Become proficient in supply chain–relevant systems and proactively manage the impact of system changes on departmental processes and team workflows.Assess system updates or changes for potential impacts on reporting, data flows, and business processes, and coordinate appropriate adjustments.Work on special initiatives for the business office and supply chain teams focused on process and continuous improvements, training, systems, and streamlining activities.Contribute to projects that enhance operational efficiency, purchasing processes, and supply chain visibility through better data and reporting.Assist with maintaining and enhancing the team’s SharePoint site, ensuring content is current, organized, and accessible.Partner with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, purchasing, and finance, to ensure reporting and analytics support broader business strategies.Clearly articulate complex analytical findings and technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences in a concise and actionable manner.Support training and knowledge sharing related to new reports, dashboards, and process improvements to help stakeholders effectively use data in decision-making.Essential Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.4+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst with a demonstrated focus on data analysis and reporting.Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.Experience using think-cell to create clear and impactful visual presentations and charts.Experience with Qlik Sense for building and maintaining interactive dashboards and visual analytics.ERP experience within a business or supply chain context.Knowledge of data management concepts, including data warehousing, data modeling, and core data concepts.Experience working with SharePoint to manage content, documentation, and team collaboration spaces.Experience with P
