Hiring 3PL Fulfilment Operations Manager in Middletown, PA!Job Description We are seeking an experienced and results-driven 3PL Fulfillment Operations Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end warehouse and fulfillment operations across our third-party logistics (3PL) network. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence throughout the fulfillment lifecycle, including inbound receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and outbound delivery performance. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, process-oriented, and experienced in managing high-volume ecommerce or retail fulfillment environments. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally to improve speed, accuracy, scalability, and cost efficiency while maintaining strong partnerships with 3PL providers, carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities Lead and optimize end-to-end warehouse and fulfillment operations.Ensure operational excellence in inbound receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and outbound delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance speed, accuracy, scalability, and cost efficiency.Maintain strong partnerships with 3PL providers, carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Identify operational inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.Essential Skills 7–10 years of experience managing 3PL providers in ecommerce, retail, or distribution environments.Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, fulfillment processes, inbound/outbound logistics, and inventory control.Deep understanding of fulfillment KPIs and SLAs, including order accuracy, shipping performance, and delivery metrics.Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), and ERP platforms.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities, including advanced Excel skills and experience with SQL or BI tools.Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience implementing system integrations or warehouse automation initiatives.Direct-to-consumer (DTC), ecommerce, or retail operations.Experience negotiating carrier rates and managing transportation or vendor performance.Experience scaling fulfillment operations in rapidly growing organizations.Why Work Here? Work Environment The position is based on a 1st shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM. The work environment is dynamic, requiring adaptability and collaboration with various teams. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Middletown, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
